The service

Relay provides audio management for physical sites: live and scheduled paging, break bells, background music, and emergency alarms, delivered through software agents you install on your own hardware. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your organization's internal operations.

Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for the actions of the users you invite, and for keeping credentials secure. Roles and permissions exist so you can limit what each team member can do — use them.

Acceptable use

• Don't use Relay to broadcast unlawful content or to harass.
• Don't attempt to access other tenants' data or probe the platform's security.
• Emergency alarm features assist your safety procedures but do not replace certified life-safety systems where those are required by code.
• Ensure you hold the necessary rights or licenses for any music you play in your venues.

Billing

Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Trials convert only when you subscribe. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated charges; downgrades apply at the next renewal. If payment fails, we notify you and provide a grace period before devices are deactivated; service resumes when billing is restored.

Devices & connectivity

Agents require periodic connectivity to your account to keep operating and receive updates. You're responsible for the physical hardware, its network access, and appropriate volume levels for your premises.

Availability & liability

We operate the platform with commercially reasonable care but provide it "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding a claim. Relay is not a substitute for regulatory-mandated emergency notification systems.

Termination

You may cancel at any time; service continues to the end of the paid period. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. On deletion, your data is handled per the privacy policy.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes are announced in advance through the dashboard or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
